Portable Air Conditioners
The technology for portable air conditioners has arrived! For homes that don't have central air conditioning, one of these units is the perfect solution. Unlike the larger air conditioners that fit into the window of a room, a portable air conditioner can be taken to the rooms you want.
My family used to have an old-fashioned air conditioner, and it was nice in the room it was placed in, but it sure didn't do much for our bedrooms upstairs. Because of this, there were many nights that we would all sleep away from our bedrooms, in the room with the air conditioner. This wasn't very practical, but it was something we had to do if we wanted to keep cool during the hot summer nights.
