Clean Water And Health
Clean water and health are often the focus of many New Year's resolutions. How many times have you said, "I'm going to drink eight glasses of water a day and exercise three times a week"? Most of us have vowed to live in a more healthy fashion, and seen the vow last for three or four weeks, tops.
Having clean water and health go hand in hand, so if you don't have safe water to drink, you may want to think about installing a water filter on your taps. Doing this can give you clean tap water on demand, whenever you want it. There may be chemicals lurking in your water that you do not want in your body. Perhaps your tap water even has a strong chlorine taste to it, like mine.
Breathe Clean Air
In addition to having clean water, having clean air to breathe is very important as well. I live in a house with a smoker, but I don't smoke myself. I put some smoke eaters and room air purifiers around the house to help get rid of the smoke in the air. It turns out that they're also great at eliminating dust and pet dander in the air as well!
By just adding these two small things to your life, water and air purifiers, you can go a long ways towards achieving that New Year's resolution. It's a great feeling knowing that you're always getting clean water from your tap and that the air your breathing is free of unwanted germs and bacteria. This new year, make it a healthy one and try to improve your life!
